What are the ways I can use the SportsPlex?
You can participate through hourly rentals, drop-in play, or special events.

Event Admission
Do I need to pay admission to attend events?
Some events may charge admission, set by the event organizer—not by the SportsPlex. Contact the event director for pricing.
Payment Options
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, credit, and debit. The SportsPlex is not a cashless facility.
Bag Policy
Is there a clear-bag policy?
No, but guests are encouraged to limit the number of items they bring.
Food & Drink Policy
Can I bring food or drinks into the SportsPlex?
Yes, outside non-alcoholic food and drinks are allowed as long as they’re not in glass containers or require heating.
Can I bring food or drinks onto the courts, turf, or track?
No. Only water in capped plastic or metal bottles is allowed on those surfaces.
Are coolers allowed?
Yes. Small coolers (up to 12″x12″x12″) are allowed. Larger coolers must be pre-approved by staff.
Can I use food delivery services like DoorDash inside the SportsPlex?
No. All deliveries must be handled outside the facility.
Tobacco, Vaping, & Alcohol
Is smoking or vaping allowed at the SportsPlex?
No. The facility is tobacco- and vape-free.
Can I bring or consume alcohol at the SportsPlex?
No. Alcohol is not permitted on-site.
Animals
Are pets allowed in the SportsPlex?
Only registered service animals are allowed and must remain leashed. Some events may restrict access.
Lost & Found
What happens if I lose something at the facility?
Lost items are kept at the front desk for 30 days. The SportsPlex is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Lactation Room
Is there a private space for nursing mothers?
Yes, we provide a private lactation room with seating, outlets, a table, and sink access.

Is there video surveillance in the building?
Yes, cameras monitor the facility for safety, excluding private areas like restrooms and the lactation room.

Will the SportsPlex close for bad weather?
We aim to stay open but may close during severe weather. Check our website or Facebook page for updates.

Yes. Annual maintenance may require temporary closures. Notices will be posted online.

Code of Conduct
What behavior is expected of guests?
Respectful behavior and sportsmanship are required. No abusive language, violence, or vandalism will be tolerated. Violators may be asked to leave.
Supervision Requirements
Do children need adult supervision?
Yes. Children 13 and under must be accompanied by someone 16 or older, unless participating in a scheduled program or event.
Do I need to check in upon arrival?
Yes. All guests must check in at the front desk unless otherwise instructed for special events.
General Rules & Reminders
What are some general rules I should know?
- Use the facility at your own risk.
- Report any injuries, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
- No tobacco, alcohol, vaping, glass bottles, drugs, or weapons.
- No bouncing balls or warming up outside designated areas.
- Proper athletic attire is required.
- No skateboards, drones, hoverboards, or bikes inside.
- Bring clean shoes during winter to protect playing surfaces.
- Use headphones for personal music.
- No photography or videography in restrooms or showers.
- Follow staff instructions at all times.
