SportsPlex Frequent User Program
Need consistent weekday gym or turf time for your 75+ youth participant sports group?
Become a SportsPlex Frequent User (SFU) and secure prime-time space during the busiest seasons.
Seasonal Designations: Designation Application Deadline:
FALL: September 15 – November 30 FALL: Friday, July 25, 2025
WINTER: December 1 – February 14 WINTER: Friday, September 5, 2025
SPRING: February 15 – April 30 SPRING: Friday, October 24, 2025

Drop-In Play Rates
Drop-In Play is a designated time for various sports or activities, that are open to the public, when anyone can come and use the playing surface, at a discounted fee.

$6 per person/per drop-in play session
OR
Punch Card Option: $40 for 10 punches (1 punch = 1 drop-in play session)
***punch cards can only be purchased at the facility

PRIOR TO ATTENDING, WE RECOMMEND YOU CHECK THE FACILITY SCHEDULE TO ENSURE DROP-IN PLAY REMAINS SCHEDULED.
Non-Frequent User Rental Requests
For other non-qualified SFU users or all other users interested in consistent weekday gym or turf time regular rentals during a seasonal designation will open on the specified date shown below. Reservations will be accepted at the SportsPlex Front Desk from 8:00am - 5:00pm and occur on a first come, first serve basis.

Special Event Rates
For special events involving the use of all or a majority of the: field turf, gymnasium, pickleball courts, or track, a separate event rental fee applies.
